I have tried reassigning them using the software that was installed with ITP64Eng6. Interestingly enough, some of the other special buttons Media, Mail, and Home do work except that they cannot be reassigned. I have also tried removing and reinstalled ITP64Eng6. Also, occasionally the backspace key and the right cursor arrow key will not work.
Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. Ususally they work fine for awhile and then if I reboot they will work again. The keyboard diagnostics does not recognize the keys that don't work as even being pressed. I do know that all the keys work fine when I use them on my XP machine. Thanks for your help.
